Stardust Carpet Cleaning provide an extremely thorough End of Tenancy service to many local landlords, letting and estate agents, property management firms and of course, the tenants themselves. Over the years we have perfected our service and developed a strong reputation for doing a superb job – but please don’t just take our word for it – you can read feedback from many of our customers here. The list below provides an outline of our ‘top to bottom’ service:


Kitchens and utility room cleaning:

  • Appliances are cleaned and restored to ‘as new’ clean condition inside and out (although some stains may be permanent)
  • Cupboards: scrub and sanitize inside and out
  • Scrub and sanitize kitchen surfaces and floor
  • Deep clean/remove lime scale from taps/fixtures and tiles
  • Buff and polish chrome/stainless steel fixtures and sinks
  • Scrub and sanitize walls and doors (where washable paint has been applied)
  • All ledges, skirting boards, framework and wainscoting deep cleaned


Bathroom Cleaning and en-suite cleaning as listed under kitchens, plus:

  • Deep-clean, sanitize, de-lime and de-scale toilet, bath and shower
  • Mirrors and steel/chrome fixtures deep cleaned and polished

Bedrooms, living areas, hallways and entranceways:

  • Floors: carpets – hot water extraction cleaned, spots/stains tackled; hard floors – vacuumed and mopped
  • Walls (where washable paint has been applied) washed and stains removed where possible
  • Windows: deep clean inside windows and sills
  • Cupboards, wardrobes, and draws: scrub and sanitize inside and out
  • All ledges, framework and wainscoting deep cleaned
  • Mirrors and fixtures deep cleaned and polished

Following a Stardust End of Tenancy clean, you will be able to walk around with a white glove and find no dirt (if you’ve ever experienced handing over an army married quarter, you’ll know that white glove inspections do exist!).

Please call and we’ll give you a guide price over the phone. We will then give you a fixed price once we have visited your property.


  • Appliances: if an appliance has not been cleaned since purchase there may be stains that cannot be removed. We will highlight such instances during the inspection.
  • Freezers can only be deep-cleaned if they have been defrosted in advance.
  • Heavy appliances: unfortunately for health and safety reasons we don’t move/clean behind heavy appliances such as washing machines/fridge freezers.
  • Please ensure all cupboards and wardrobes are empty.
  • Please ensure there are no people/tenants present in the property at the time of the cleaning.
  • Upholstery, blinds and curtains are not included in our service, if you would like us to include them please ask and we will provide a separate price.
  • Stardust is happy to vacuum/clean any hearths in your property, but we don’t clean chimneys, however we can arrange for a chimney sweep to coincide with the end of tenancy clean, to minimise any disruption.
  • Our service does not include waste collection/disposal.
